Friday's session at Anytime Fitness was by far the hardest yet. I barely made it through the whole hour and still ache two days later. Strangely though, it was still good fun.

First Tee Launch Put Back
Phil Gaggero at Lake Padden has, very wisely in BG's opinion, rescheduled the launch of the Whatcom County Chapter of the First Tee. Originally slated to begin later this summer, the program will now commence in Spring of 2011.
