Bellingham's Jessi Gebhardt shot a final round 82 at the LPGA Qualifying Tournament Stage II played at Plantation Golf & Country Club in Venice, Fla. Friday, finishing the four rounds on 16-over 304 and tied for 126th.
Earlier rounds of 74, 72, and 76 had given Jessi at least a fighting chance of making it into the top 60 and ties that would advance, but her disappointing finish saw her wind up nine shots above the cut line.
It has been a frustrating season for the former Bellingham High School and Oregon State player. After a promising start to the year on the Cactus and Grasshopper Tours in Arizona, she did not record a top-ten from 16 events on the Symetra Tour and finished the year in 56th position on the money list.
