killmerAfter last week's encouraging start to the season when he finished tied for 10th at the season-opening Sponsorship event on the Gateway Tour, Chris Killmer (right) made his second consecutive cut this week and eventually tied for 29th at Tournament 1 played at Anthem GCC, 30 miles north of Phoenix.
Killmer opened with rounds of 72 and 70 on the Greg Nash-designed Persimmon Course and entered the final round tied for 20th in a field featuring a number of players with recent PGA Tour experience - Michael Letzig, Todd Demsey, Brian Vranesh, Ted Purdy, Jin Park.
